In the unlikely event that you need to cancel an order, please create a ticket asap or respond to the order confirmation email that was sent. We will do everything we can to stop your order from being processed, however, we may not be able to cancel the order before it ships.
If you need to return an order, we will accept unopened and unaltered product back for a full refund within 14 days from the day the order was placed.
Please note that if the product has been opened, altered, or consumed the product becomes ineligible for return.
